Our spacious, modern Minihotel offers calm and comfort in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg. Located on the Griboedov Canal 29, just a minute’s walk from the main avenue Nevsky Prospekt, we provide affordable, civilized accomodations with one or two peoples per room. We are right by the famous "bank bridge" on the Griboedov Canal. This is the real and only true city center!

If you're planning a summer visit, we recommend that you make your reservations early. Our rooms tend to fill up quickly during these months.
